Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Very friendly, helpful and informative staff. I’m so glad to see that HMV have survived in this instant digital time. I popped in the store as I was passing by and asked for a few films that I’d been struggling to find. Nothing was too much trouble, one of the films was in stock in the store and the other was ordered and arrived in two days, excellent service.

Spoke to an assistant, placed an order, paid for order, was emailed to say it's in store, collected. Receipt emailed to me, how much simpler can it be. Well done HMV Derby.

The purchase of a CD player
The young lady who served us in the Derby store was extremely helpful. As they didn't have the CD player on show in stock she arranged for us to have the player sent to us by post. It arrived on time and we are extremely pleased with it. Thanks very much.
