he service I have been receiving from…
The service I have been receiving from the staff at HMV in Dundee (Murraygate) has been great. ACE and Callum have been very helpful and polite to me.
What was really good was that when I visited the store I was searching for 5 of the Braveheart CD soundtrack but couldn't find it so I spoke to both ACE and Callum and there was none in stock, so they both checked there computer system and ordered the 5 Braveheart CD soundtracks on there system for me which made me happy. And I would like to thank them for their help 😁🏴🏴

A friendly service
A friendly service, ready to help if they can. When the item isn't in store they will order it for you and it doesn't take long for it to arrive at the store for you to pick up. Never have a problem with my orders!

Not such a bargain …
3 times I had to return a faulty vinyl record each one skipping in the exact same place. My "bargain" 3 for £66 has ended costing me £5 in phone calls and £9 in parking fees so not really a bargain after all. Note of warning to anyone calling HMV. They do state its 7 pence a minute but what they don't tell you is there's an access fee of £2.50 first 😡
