Went into a shop but they didnt have what i wanted, so the guy just ordered then to my house instead, they came very quick and im very happy!

Took 4 days for item to be dispatched then a further 3 days for it to arrive in store, meaning that there was a further delay in being able to collect it as I wasn't in town for several days after

Staff were very helpful when I couldn’t find the item in store and then suggesting I order it through them at the till which was very efficient.
I frequently deal with staff at your Exeter store as I am a frequent customer, both downstairs and upstairs with your music section - they are always incredibly helpful and friendly
