Caring staff
My son is an adult with autism. We have visited the store for many years. Staff have always been good with him when he has been asking about certain DVDs. They helped him order The Wombles which a staff member showed him on the website to make sure it was the correct one. It came in time for his birthday so he was very happy. Thanks to all the staff.

Keith in Braehead is a super star
I was in HMV in Braehead Glasgow on Saturday 24 May 2025 . I was looking for a dvd , there was only one in stock . The excellent Keith seen I was looking lost and offered to help locate it. He searched high and low on the store and eventually found it. I was delighted. Keith is very friendly and helpful.

Simple minds album
I went into the braehead store,they didn't have simple minds latest album. The girl ordered it through the Internet to my address. I felt she she beyond what she should've done. Iv now got the album and very grateful. Thankyou.

Visited HMV Braehead Sat 19th & Friday…
Visited HMV Braehead Sat 19th & Friday 25th of April,on my initial visit I was served by Calum,I was buying clothing and games for my granddaughters birthday but, the t-shirt she wanted (Fangtastic Monster High) wasn't in stock so, Calum dealt with this forthwith by ordering it on line and informing me of the procedures i.e being kept up to date when the item would be dispatched and when it would be ready for collection 👍. On Friday 25th I collected our purchase whereupon I was served by Lesley Anne, again very helpful and friendly in her approach to my needs,thanks to all 👍😀

Delivery arrived before scheduled date
Delivery arrived before scheduled date. The film Chronos which I had not scene whilst being a twenty odd years vampire movie was far more interesting and refreshing than most vampire movies I've seen in the last 20 years.

Ease of ordering!
Breahead store did not have stock of the DVD I wanted. A staff member offered to place an order for me with free P&P. Ordering was straight forward and quick, I received email updates on my order and it was in the store ready for collection within 3 days.
