The staff in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent store were very helpful ,as I brought the wrong CD but they search for me and ordered it, fast delivery to store too

Service instore to find the cd I wanted was fantastic, cd order placed by the colleague was ready for collection in less than a week
Collection process - served by Matt was efficient & friendly. I won't rate the service from start to finish at 100%, I'll rate it at 500%
