I ordered a DVD film for my husband. Was advised the order would take upto 5 working days. I was updated throughout and the DVD arrived 3 days later. Delighted with the service. Quick and easy collection.

I’ve never had any problems with HMV…
I’ve never had any problems with HMV when I buy from either shop or eBay seller so it’s as usual - excellent packaging and excellent service from HMV
