Really pleased with my order, had items in stock at a great price. Was able to do a click and collect to keep postage cost down too. Very friendly service at collection store.

Being able to order in advance of release date. Your staff are extremely well informed about any questions that I ask about. It is also nice to talk to staff who are polite and helpful. The album/DVD The Rolling Stones Live at The Wiltern was an absolute delight to watch and listen to. Keep doing what you are doing HMV it is so nice to have such an excellent choice of music and films and so close to home.

Said available in store & they said wasn't
Checked online and it said one CD in store, made special journey and then they said didn't have it, checked again when returned home and still showing as having in stock (and since). Had to order online which took 4 days to deliver to store and had to make another journey - original item still showing in stock, so what's the point in checking in in store??

Conflicting information
Ordered a box set through the ordering service in branch. When it came it was damaged I tried to return it back to the branch where I ordered it. I was told I couldn’t return there it had to be returned via online. When I contacted the online I was told that I could actually return it to a branch. In the end i returned it via online. Will think twice about ordering from HMV in the future.

Gift For Partner
The item I wanted to purchase was out of stock but I was able to order it straight away and it was delivered into my local HMV (for collection) within a few days. The service I received was both polite and efficient and I fully intend to shop in this store again.
