Staff helpful and efficient in Harrogate shop after failure of website re bank security/telephone numbers. You have an IT problem. The system fails to identify accurately the person attempting to shop.

Order in store
I never scared to pre order stuff from you as it all ways comes and when it come out it arries at the store quickly. One this order I did had a little problem as I left with my box which had two idem in I order when I order three. So a couple days later I went back to the store and I explain what happen and ask if there a second parcel I didn't know about. Which there was and the worker was so kind and apologise for the parcel and give it too me.

Went in the shop but they didn't have the DVD the assistant asked if I would like him to order it and have it delivered which I was very impressed

I ordered and paid for a vinyl (record)…
I ordered and paid for a vinyl (record) in store to be delivered to Harrogate store for collection by me. The vinyl did not arrive at Harrogate and instead of sending a replacement to the store to be collected by me the order was cancelled and money refunded. As I have cancer and cannot walk far , I struggled into the store again to re-order . The second time I collected the record. I still think failures in your systems ie despatch from center to store should not become my problem, Poor system and customer service , lack of forethought . Harrogate Store brilliant . HMV Poor
