Bought 4 brand new vinyls from hmv in…
Bought 4 brand new vinyls from hmv in last few month. 3 of them jump terribly. Had them replaced by lovely staff but even new ones jump to n same places. Printing production is terrible unfortunately.

Andy at the huddersfield store went out…
Andy at the huddersfield store went out of his way to order me a t sjirt they didnt have in stock and he had to delivered to my house so i didnt have to trail back .very polite man and quick delivery .

Amazing
The staff was friendly and I liked how they have everything in stock I'm a very common customer as to me hmv is a home a safe place for me to browse all the stuff I like. I'm a big music fan and an anime fan

Website easy to use, wide range of stock, prices comparable or better than Amazon and not least the instore staff are great, very knowledgeable and approachable. A great experience all round!

Very enjoyable shopping experience online and in-store, only ever had one issue with a delivery not arriving but I have made many orders through the HMV site and eBay successfully.

Ordered a Kpop derpy figure for a gift. As it was delayed, contacted customer service. They were very knowledgeable and informed me of what the issue was and updated me as to when it would be ready to pick up. Service in the store was great, staff were friendly and polite. Good overall experience
