More in store appearances please
Gun, launching their new album, "Hombres", played a great acoustic set before signing copies of , well, just about anything. The store had it well organised and the staff on hand couldn't have been more helpful. One would even take photos of you with the band. A fantastic experience altogether. Thanks

Staff friendly and polite
Staff friendly and polite, small but tidy store. Lack of some choices but is small.
My only problem was I ordered some vinyl to pick up but the corners were damaged possibly in transport or miss handled. As a collector I expect a perfect lp, couldn't swap as no, stock again small store.

Inconvenient click and collect sequence
Ordered on Saturday for click and collect. HMV mailed it to their click and collect store, so not advised until Tuesday. Due to long gap between ordering and picking up I had to make a special trip to pick it up, when I am usually near their store on Mondays. Staff were very nice but click and collect is usually available quicker than that.

Please note that all our Click & Collect orders are shipped from our warehouse, which means you'll need to wait for the delivery of these items to arrive at the store. You'll receive an email when the item is dispatched from our warehouse and another when the item is ready to collect from the store of your choice. We do advise 2 - 5 working days for this. Our Click & Collect service allows customers to buy items listed online at hmv.com for delivery to any hmv or Fopp store in the UK. There is no delivery charge for this service.
Please note that due to Monday 1st April being a Bank Holiday, this not classed as a working day.

Replacement order
The order was a replacement for a faulty item. Staff were great at returning faulty item and reordering replacement to store for me. Item arrived extremely quickly.
