Holiday treat.
I was on a short break to Scotland. A travelling companion told me about a specific DVD that she said was excellent.
I visited HMV in Inverness and was served by a very friendly and helpful assistant who told me they didn’t have it in stock but could order it and it would be sent to my home address in around 4/5 working days.
Happy to say the DVD arrived the day after I returned home, 5 days later.
Great service.

Be Ripped off
Ordered an Album from hmv after being told all was good, unfortunately the Album hasn’t arrived but hmv have taken my money from my account. Not happy with this at all.

Fantastic service from the start when trying to find my CD HMV came up trumps placed order HMV kept me informed by email and when my CD was ready for collection fab service and would recommend HMV online 👍

Finn, your excellent colleague was very helpful and sourced the artist I was specifically looking for, when there was no product in store, she personally sorted my order for home delivery, going above and beyond what "passes" for customer service these days. She's a credit to your Inverness store. (I employ 52 folk I a public facing industry so know the importance of all round approachability /appearance and service- all top scored by Finn)
