The gentleman at the desk checked on line to see if there was a t shirt you didn't have in store,and then ordered it for me,to collect in store, excellent customer service all the way,very impressed, id previously been into a local game store, where the customer service was diabolical to say the least,so I finished the day very positive.

I always try to buy local and HMV is the only traditional record shop left for miles around. I often order online then collect from store.

Great shop
I have been coming to HMV since I was a young teen and I now take my teenage daughter with me. Its great to see how they have evolved over the years to stay relevant, they have a great selection of geeky pop culture collectables alongside a vast music selection.
Always a good experience coming here, and ordering online is also a great experience.

Wonderful staff Kettering Branch
I couldn't find an album, I asked at the desk. Really lovely staff member, chatty and genuinely happy to help. As I didn't know the name of the album, she searched for the song I knew was on it and found the right one. They didn't have it in store so we ordered it in. It was ready in store a few days later. Again on collection, I was greeted by a lovely lad on the till, very chatty and happy to help. Well done HMV, friendly and welcoming staff make such a difference.
