Enthusiastic staff.
Shop staff are very enthusiastic and great to deal with. Ordering my Black Keys album was very easy and arrived quickly! HMV in Kingston upon Thames is a great store with great people. Highly recommend for all of your music needs, if they haven't got it they can probably order it for you!

Lost trust in the companies
Who ever it was that screwed up the Depeche Mode CDs with Michael Jackson. I went to two separate stores and brought three CDs - the third opened by the staff.
My family and friends have seen them too - now I don't think I can trust buying a CD, blue ray, or DVD without thinking someone has swapped them. The only redeeming feature was the staff in each other the stores where friendly and explained what happened. But how can I trust now, it is a lot of money for me to waste. Good luck.

Excellent help from Adrian
Excellent help from Adrian! Last week he found a YungBlud cd for me, which I purchased, and helped me to order a Craig
Revell- Horwood cd, released last Winter. I collected this today. Adrian also did some online searching for a USA band that I'm interested in. I lived in Kingston for 18 years from 2006 when HMV was in the basement close to McDonald's! So glad you're back,now on the 1st floor. YAY 😃 Happy 80yr old.

I ordered my CD from you online
I ordered my CD from you online, because I couldn't find it at the other Kingston record shop, and they were doubtful they could order it in. I collected the order at Kingston after a couple of days.

I was looking for an album released 2017, so went to Kingston HMV store to check still available. Very helpful staff checked, ordered and arrange delivery ...great service.
