Kind & Amazing Staff
Staff were amazing !! Not very often found
I couldnt locate what i wanted the gift i was buying was for my nephew who has Aspergers & i needed to meet his expectation of the gift Young lady was extremly patient & found what i needed ordered it and was delivered in a day or two
Id also been looking for Vinyl records for ny husband again staff went above & beyond found all 6 for me i was so grateful to them all Thanks 😊😁

Friendly staff in Liverpool
I placed a pre-order online and opted to collect it from the HMV store in Liverpool. Throughout the process, communication via email was clear and positive. The item arrived at the store exactly on the date promised. When I went to collect my parcel, the staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured I had everything I needed.
