Ordered a new release a few weeks ago, got an email informing me that it had arrived, went down to the shop and picked it up. No problems plus, as always, the staff were polite and friendly.

Lovely experience, staff member totally professional and helpful.
The staff member was great, he helped by ordering what I wanted and gave me all the information I needed.
