Troy was amazing in the Newcastle HMV
Troy was amazing in the Newcastle HMV. He answered my question about a gift I wanted for my son. As the store did not have the limited dvd in store, he looked for it and ordered it for me there and then. He was really helpful, Knowledgeable and went the extra mile. I will definitely recommend this store and will continue to shop there. Thank you Troy, my boy loves his dr who dvds.

A great place to shop.
Is usually vinyl that I shop for and there’s a fantastic selection at HMV. Staff are lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive too.

Excellent, as usual.
I've been using HMV for over 30 years and have never had a bad experience; this was no different. Excellent service. Fast delivery, product in perfect condition and staff are always friendly and professional.
