I keep shopping at hmv because I want to grow my vinyl collection and they have done a great job at stocking the vinyls I want and the staff are always willing to help me find what I need if I get stuck or can find the vinyl I would like and they always know where it is and where to find it

I ordered an LP for my daughter’s…
I ordered an LP for my daughter’s birthday and it was in stock and would be delivered the next day of ordering. Revived an email a few days later to say that you are have problems with deliveries and will arrive later. Five days and emails later received email with a delivery date. Parcel arrived a week after her birthday.

The staff were and always have been…
The staff were and always have been wonderful at finding what I want for gifts I just give them my list. Otherwise I’d be there all day . One CD was out of stock but ordered and delivered within a couple of days. I can’t thank Preston branch enough
