Staff at Romford hmv
I ordered 3 dvd sets for pick up in my Romford HMV.
The staff are always polite and helpful.
The staff are knowledgeable and always seem happy.

I ordered a record as a Christmas gift…
I ordered a record as a Christmas gift for my niece, paid for the item (£35) in November, then just saw out of stock, new stock expected soon, but no other updates.
I missed Christmas and it has just been delivered, mid January.
Whilst is was packaged well, I’ve given 2 stars for the lack of communication and no opportunity to speak to a person about my order.
