Order and purchase at Stevenage
I ordered dvds in store at the same time as purchasing some. The man serving was brilliant. Found what I couldn't in seconds, ordered my box set, explained everything. Professional, friendly ... Spot on. I hope we always have this store here. Remembered me when I went to collect, great service, great guy.

T-Rex Gold album from HMV…
I bought T-Rex Gold album from HMV online after I purchased a faulty copy in store. I ordered it on a Friday and received it by Monday so fast delivery. I also got my refund with no problem from HMV store. I think it is important to support record stores where possible. We don’t want to have to buy everything from Amazon.

A good experience
