I ordered a Charli xcx wuthering heights vinyl that said with every vinyl there is a free poster, I did not get a poster with my vinyl and am very disappointed!

I could order the CD I wanted and it arrived in the local HMV shop in good time. Staff were very helpful. HMV should maintain a presence on the main streets over the UK.

Great service HMV Truro
The staff in Truro store were absolutely brilliant & helped with ordering in store we were kept updated with delivery days & times, will definitely be using them again.

First click and collect
I ordered a special edition 4k steelbook set and had it delivered to the store to make sure it arrived in the best shape and the manager and his team there were as always great and my order arrived in one piece and I was kept well informed and the hand over was super easy

Fast Process
Order process was very simple, from the HMV record store. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Just had to sit and wait a couple of days for my latest vinyl (LP to some) to arrive. When it did arrive, it was well packed and undamaged, thanks to the HMV warehouse and Royal Mail. Many thanks to everyone involved. 🤗

Id bought a copy of Blade runner on…
Id bought a copy of Blade runner on vinyl, and didn't play nor open it for over a week because my amplifier had given up the ghost. I bought a new amplifier, and played the copy of Blade runner, only to discover a small scratch , or gouge on the last track.
I took it back to HMV Truro, showed the Lady the mark, and she said no problem, and organised a new copy to be sent to my home. Very efficient, polite, and understanding. My new copy arrived a few days later. Very happy with your service. Thank you.

I went into the HMV in my nearest town and found what I could on my list and a lot cheaper than I thought they would be. The rest I ordered online which is really quick and easy and the delivery is very quick as well.

Helpful members of staff
Even though my product arrived defective from buying online, the staff in store were able to secure me a replacement which works perfectly. They allowed me to open the new product in the store and test it to ensure that it works as intended. Also the product defect was nothing on hmv, it was a manufacture error. Thank you to the staff in the store and I will continue to shop there.
