Meeting jane mcdonald was absolutely incredible at hmv wakefield. The lovely young man (i think his name was travis) took such great photos off us so i am extremely greatful to him.

Quick, no-fuss help
I bought the wrong thing - entirely my fault. I took the item back to a different store, and there was no fuss at all sorting a replacement. Polite, helpful and friendly.

Great signing experience with Jane McDonald
Pre-Signed CDs were dispatched on time and well packaged. Also met the artist in store for a live signing which was well organised and done in a friendly way. Good experience, thank you.
