Meeting jane mcdonald was absolutely incredible at hmv wakefield. The lovely young man (i think his name was travis) took such great photos off us so i am extremely greatful to him.

Pre-Signed CDs were dispatched on time and well packaged. Also met the artist in store for a live signing which was well organised and done in a friendly way. Good experience, thank you.

Staff were excellent but HMV let down by their supposedly automatic email system advising that the CD had arrived at the local store. Hannah Peel CD is great though.

Friendly staff helped me in store. When they didn't have what I wanted they ordered it for me and I was able to pick it up in store a few days later.
