Ordered a cactuar mug from final fantasy only to find out its plastic not ceramic which wasnt stated anywhere on the page so wasnt really impressed service was good though

Meeting jane mcdonald was absolutely incredible at hmv wakefield. The lovely young man (i think his name was travis) took such great photos off us so i am extremely greatful to him.

Very pleasant and warm environment…
Very pleasant and warm environment within the shop. Staff pleasant well informed and helpful, prices are getting high now and have considerably lowered my purchasing rate.

The staff are very helpful
The staff are very helpful. I am blind impaired and the gentleman serving me looked up what I needed, compared prices and other stores for me. I tried other shops and the staff did not want to know. This gentleman ordered what I needed, did it on clicker and collect and was available to serve me when I collected my order. Very good, friendly service and he treated me like a customer not a disabled inconvenience.
