Placed order with friendly staff in Wakefield and the item was available to collect just a few days later. Great communications kept me informed all along. Excellent.

Ordered a cactuar mug from final fantasy only to find out its plastic not ceramic which wasnt stated anywhere on the page so wasnt really impressed service was good though

There was room to browse. I was served quickly and politely. It’s the first time I have ordered anything to be picked up in store and it went well.

Easy order and pickup
I was told pickup would be 24 hours after despatch, but it took a little longer. Spoke to a member of staff and pickup was very easy.

People in your Wakefield store were very helpful, and I received my CD on time.
I cannot buy any Cds locally, so it is useful add-on to be able to buy my CDs!

The service was good, as staff located and ordered the item requested! The delivery too was fast, with staff letting you know when items arrive ready to collect!

ended my dvd search
Been searching many years for a certain dvd ( wanderers ) hmv found it and deliverd to their wakefield shop for me at a very reasonable price and within 5 days ( 2 of which were sat & sun ) I was sat at home watching it.

Still awaiting response to say my parcel has arrived for me to collect.which I ordered a week ago and it said 2 to 5 days.
