Visited hmv store in wigan 30/10/24 gentleman called Steven went above and beyond his duties to help us purchase a record that we desperately wanted . He tried their website and no luck and then tried again ,just as we where leaving the store he shouted us back to say that he had found it . Brilliant !!!. Steven is a lovely friendly person ,spotlessly clean and well dressed and we felt at ease talking to him ...

great story. Easy read
I just loved this book. The print size is just right - no eye strain. Easy to read ,in low light, in bed.

HMV in Wigan have been so unhelpful!
HMV in Wigan have been so unhelpful!
I went to collect my order but she didn’t have any bags to put the items in, so I couldn’t carry them home.
I told her I will have to leave it then and be refunded as I don’t drive and I’m disabled. I couldn’t carry them back home.
That was over a week ago, and she still has not processed the returns or refunded me.
Now Klarna are hassling me for payment. The woman in the store has classed me as ‘collecting them’. But she knows perfectly well that I never took the items home.
I have tried to contact hmv on numerous occasions to fix the issue, but I’m getting nowhere. Hmv have emailed me saying that they have tried to contact the Wigan branch. That’s the last that I heard about it

WOW!!
I noticed my house of Marley Bag of riddim 2 that I got in April was sounding funny, so I called the Wigan Office and they said I can come over to have it checked out. When I got there I got the best service I could have ever imagined from Tara, who made sure everything was sorted out in the most friendly manner ever. I got a replacement for my speaker which was great. Thank you Tara and the HMV Wigan Team. You definitely a customer for life‼️

Great service
All was good. Ordered a CD to be collected from store. Got email correspondence with updates on the order. When collecting the CD the staff were really helpful and friendly. The product itself is good too.

My item hasn't been delivered to my address was due Tuesday 11th March by royal mail between 10.50 am to 2.50pm not came yet it's,3 days late tracker said it was getting delivered that day never came look on my email tells you the album cd waiting on
