The lady assistant couldn't do enough…
The lady assistant couldn't do enough for me. At your Wigan HMV shop.
She works upstairs, and on my second visit to pick up my items the assistants down stairs were also very helpful.
They are All a credit to HMV.

At the Wigan store. Fantastic service.
At the Wigan store. One DVD I had been looking for elsewhere was actually in stock and very reasonably priced. Another DVD I had found impossible to find except on line, at a high price. A colleague at Wigan told me it had been discontinued but found a copy in one of your warehouses in your records and ordered it for me. It was a QUARTER of the best price I had recently found elsewhere and was delivered to my home promptly within days. The price and delivery times were excellent and the member of staff was friendly, interested in my requests and more than helpful. The store itself was bright and welcoming with all stock well displayed and easy to navigate. I can't praise my experience enough.

The in-store experience.
