The staff are excellent and always smiling and very helpful and give good service a credit to the shop .

Always very helpful
I could order CDs from Amazon without ever leaving my chair but I like to support high street stores.
HMV are always helpful so I patronise them when I'm in Yeovil (Somerset). So far they haven't let me down, however obscure my requests for Deathcore CDs
