Self catering, so limited contact with staff. However, when needed anything from reception, we're extremely helpful. Even popped my mobile phone upto apartment that I'd left on front desk.

It's straight forward for booking
It's straight forward for booking, however I have encountered problems before when to add extras it keeps saying please pay when obviously it has been paid. I find this aspect distressing as you know you have paid and it keeps asking for payment

Experience ok but getting sick of you putting prices UP when they should be going DOWN to get people to go. I check it all the time. Stop being greedy. But not happy you have merged with Ryanair seat on them planes are worse than yours.
