Hollins & Hollinshead Avis 

I chose this Accurist watch, because i have been pleased with my present similar model, which is still ok after many years, but looks a bit tired.
Hollins and Hollinshead offered a very competitive price, and I wanted to buy from a watch specialist. I had a minor query, so I gave heir office a call, and a very nice and friendly lady did her best to help. Delivery was faster the expected, and I would buy from them again.

I ordered emporio armani ceramic watch from H&H online and very happy with the purchase. Got the watch for a good price and it arrived safely with all the packaging. Had to wait for 3 days though due to Bank holiday weekend. Overall nice experience and would buy from them again.

I have just received my beautiful mother of pearl necklace. It is absolutely stunning, so well made and looks far more expensive than it is . The stones are inlaid on both sides too . I am going to order the matching bracelet, I’m certain I won’t be disappointed ! Great purchase

Writing another review because the other I was advised to remove… dodgy in itself. I bought a bracelet for my partners birthday there was a manufacturing fault this caused us to loose the bracelet as the clasp didn’t work. It took weeks complaining but eventually they offered us another bracelet, further complaining to get it for free as it was their fault, they then gave us a bracelet too short, so we had to swap it again, when he opened it on Christmas Day we realised the fault and you could not wear it without it falling off so we complained again as this was a clear manufacturing error, someone organised a replacement so we went to the store, the store manager was so rude thought she was above all the customers refusing to make eye contact, and saying it was our fault and they wouldn’t give us the bracelet in that condition, when we had 3 with the same issue…. Eventually we got another replacement from another manufacturer without the fault which was then too long! We couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of talking to people that didn’t want to help, and were just rude. The lack of care to order the correct size was unacceptable it was a Christmas present that wasn’t sorted until mid-late January. I’ll likely get a call again asking for this to be removed but I want all customers to be aware of this! For expensive jewellery go to higher quality places, for diamonds I thoroughly recommend Austen and Blake

Read the review you will see I stated that the manager was hostile and didn’t make eye contact refused to take responsibility after you had already said it was a manufacturing issue. The manager said she called the owner and she denied ever talking to me so thank you for clarifying that the owner lied and she did talk to me :)
