Great company
We recently moved to Nantwich and I’ve had two occasions to go into the jewellers for repairs . On both occasions , the staff have been friendly and efficient, Yvonne and Bev have be particularly helpful. The quotes have been fair and competitive and the work top quality. Such a great business . They have some lovely pieces for sale too ! Thank you very much

Great jewellery & customer service
Great jewellery but the customer service is unreal I can’t tell u just how amazing the team has been from issues not from them but the brand of the item i purchased through them they sorted out all issues within a couple of hours but had started to sort them within minutes of me speaking to there chat function most trust worthy site I’ve ever come across

Excellent Customer Service
I have enjoyed excellent Customer Service from Kay and her associates. I returned my new Seiko watch to H&H for recalibration: Kay promptly forwarded it to Seiko. I received the watch back more than 6 weeks later, despite Kay hastening Seiko by various means. The watch had not been opened or adjusted at all, so I am very disappointed with Seiko as no explanation was provided.
