Well packaged, speedy delivery and great quality product. I have re-ordered several times and have always had a five star experience.

*edit 11/01/2023- The company refused my refund via PayPal despite them publicly agreeing to refund me for the damaged product. They have since ghosted all emails and I’m left out of pocket. Untrustworthy company you need to avoid

Original review- Took over 2 weeks to send my order and when it finally arrived it had leaked everywhere. Customer service non existent with blunt responses. Waiting for a refund for the damaged item. Wouldn’t recommend at all
*add on as response to their shocking reply- Royal Mail strikes had nothing to do with it taking 16 days to arrive. Many other orders from other companies made it to me within days not weeks. I wasn’t once rude and would happily share my communication on social media platforms to show this. You didn’t once offer to resend the item and have literally sent me one email and that was being blunt and rude when I asked where my order was 2 weeks after I had placed it. Customer service from your company is abysmal and reading your other trust pilot reviews I can see I’m not the only one who thinks this. I opened a PayPal case as you weren’t refunding me and instead were blunt and rude in your reply.
My other trust pilot reviews to other companies has nothing to do with my review to your company so not sure what relevance this has or why you included that in your public response!

You seriously need to work on your dispatch, customer service and product quality! Unfortunately for you, people will largely only take the time to leave a negative experience and hardly ever for a good experience so maybe work harder on your business and then you won’t receive this feedback. I’ll look forward to my refund and won’t ever use you again.

It’s also hilarious and obvious you’ve made your own trust pilot reviews since I left my negative one as you’ve suddenly had multiple reviews within the same 24 hours. How embarrassing

I bought hyarylonic acid and it arrived quickly and was well-priced. I would buy from this company again and will recommend.

I love the hyaluronic acid anti ageing liquid. Give it to friends for their 70'th birthday instead of champagne, much better. The dog loves to lick it off my face so she will probably live forever, she's only one now, so no proof!

I really really hate it if companies are like this. I have placed an order at the 30th of August. They don’t pick up the phone nor answer the e-mail. After finally 5 times attempts. A female picked up the phone and told me they had issues with their email and she will check up on my order and will contact me when she arrives at the office. Now 3 days further, she blocked me on WhatsApp? I hope God punishes you very hard if you are really trying to steal of all these people.

Wish I had checked these reviews before buying online with this company . I ordered eyebrow growth serum on 10th June, received an email to say it had been shipped a couple of days later, now 17th June and no delivery yet and no tracking information. Unfortunately I didn’t pay via PayPal ( I usually do) so cannot make a claim. I am going to contact trading standards to get this company stopped trading. They can’t be allowed to take your money and not deliver the goods.

Scam, no email confirmation, nobody picking up phone

I must say - I am extremely disappointed with this company in general. It’s my first and last attempt to buy something from them. I have purchased a few items from HollyBerry Cosmetics on the 6th of February, the items haven’t been delivered yet. I have contacted the company 3 times so far - no reply. I had to open a Despute via PayPal.

Ordered on October 13, took them until October 20 to ship - and only after pestering them with unanswered emails asking why my order hasn't been shipped yet; these emails still haven't been answered, even just to apologise for the delay. Not good enough. Customer service is nonexistent, and I won't be ordering from them again.

I will update to advise when order arrives.

Bought the Hyaluronic Acid from them, the product arrived with no batch number and in undescript packaging - very unprofessional. Got in touch with them twice to ask for raw material papers, no response. I would steer away from them if yiu are looking to buy a professional product.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! Have received a tracking number, however it has not updated from 'we are waiting for your order emailed them a couple of days ago, nothing back, not confident I will receive anything at all! Fortunately paid via PayPal,

Braught pure hyaluronic acid from hollyberry and was disgusted to find that it wasn’t pure and it had Phenoxyethanol added as it said in the ingredients.
Phenoxyethanol Used as an anti-bacterial in cosmetics and stabilizer in perfumes, phenoxyethanol is actually very harmful. ... Phenoxyethanol can have an effect on the brain and the central nervous system. It irritates skin and eyes, and can cause blistering on skin as well.

Bought the eyebrow serum. Have been using for about 10 days and I can see new growth coming through in my sparse eyebrows. Was not put off ordering by the bad reviews that seemed to be problems over delivery- I bought mine on Amazon and it arrived the next day.

Warning! Seems to be a scam as others have said. I have not gotten my order in a month and they don't answer emails - I've tried multiple times - and there is no other way to contact them. Beware!

From now on I will always check trustpilot before buying anything online.

AVOID. These people are scammers. I ordered two brow serums and i received only one (not properly packed). I sent them an email and tried many times calling on a number that was on the website but they didn't pick up. So I paid for 2 and got only one. Don't order from them.

Absolutely brilliant products great service and arrived very quickly will definitely be telling my friends and family and most certainly be buying from them again.

I bought hyalauronic acid & vitamin C. I highly recommend it.
