Your Survey Ltd Avis 

Have not received my report, have been chasing for the last two weeks, and no one answers the phone!!!

170,000 down the drain. Don't trust this company to survey and sign off. We had Windows Major Works for our building - overseen by Day Ass. Wood was spliced into windows left unpainted. Windows not opened during painting process... despite having access. After 18 months our windows are rotting. The builder, Dovecon did not follow proper procedure renovating... sanding back etc. He came back and made a worse job of it. Now don't know how to remunerate. Total disaster for our building.

Very bad experience so far. Survey was suppose to happen on 22nd May however as of 13th June, I've not received the report. It seems they have sublet to another company and there is no response. Therefore would not recommend this company to anyone. Please do not go with 'Your Survey Limited'

I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but I ordered a survey and cancelled it on the same day. The company informed me that I would receive a refund within 5 to 10 working days. Of course, that never happened. I sent them an email, and – unsurprisingly – no response!

It’s been a month of waiting for the surveyor to come back to me on a report that was provided following a disagreement with it. Your Survey Ltd has not taken a proactive approach to helping resolve or prompt the surveyor to respond. The initial report presented was very lacklustre and failed to include key features of the homes visited. Key features such as large drive, balcony to master bedroom, utility room, 2 en-suite etc. I paid for valuation for 2 properties and both were greatly undervalued. As an example, a 2 bedroom flat doors down from the property (developed the same year by the same developer) was sold for £350,000 within recent months. Whereas the surveyor valued my significantly larger and better conditioned 3 bedroom house to be worth £280,000. Although an estate agent valued it to be far higher.

Frustrated by lack of communication from Your Survey Ltd and the surveyor himself. I wish I had instructed a different firm.

Price was good for starters
The survey itself was excellent, very thorough and highlighted several problems that we were previously unaware of.

I have just used Your Survey for a Level 2 report on the house I am buying.
I was very sceptical as they were charging much less than other surveyors and the reviews are quite mixed.
However, from initiating the survey, they arranged to visit the property within 24 hours, and I received the well documented report less than 10 days later.
Having bought and sold several properties, I'm not sure what I would have got in addition if I had gone with one of the more expensive quotes.

This has been a really positive experience, and I would definitely recommend to other people.

Can't stress strongly enough how bad this company is. Purchased a Level 2 survey at what seemed like a great price - never has it been truer that you get what you pay for. The survey report was slow to arrive despite chasing and when it arrived was so vague and generic to be basically useless. It was also inaccurate and incomplete (e.g. incorrectly stating absence of features and essentially missing out the EPC related aspects just stating "not known"). Your Survey take zero responsibility once they have your money, and just forward any emails onto the surveyor who took several weeks to repond and only then when threatened with escalation to RICS. Response from surveyor (Adrian Robinson at Spikes Walker/HARP) is as useless as the report, making excuses and contradicting what he had written in the report, and claiming he hadnt been made aware by Your Survey of what had been requested (despite this being in writing to them). Zero accountability from anyone and complete con and major waste of time adding unneccesaryn stress to housebuying. Pay a bit more and get a proper surveyor.

Most of the time it doesn't pay you for completing survey 😑😑... I had wasted too much time in this completed survey worth $50☹️ but funnily only got $7.8😑🤬🤬.... They just told you session timed out or server error.... Unable to submit & .... I have wifi connection almost 1gbps...so dont excuse by saying internet problem... One of the Stupid disgusting survey site😑😑😑🤬🤬🤬

Once a price had been agreed I contacted Aaron and gave the go ahead
This was on a Monday afternoon, I was contacted next day to say the survey was being done on Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday evening I tried to contact Aaron to remind him of my request for urgency, unfortunately he was off duty but Casey took down all of my details ( it was well after 5pm by this time) and said that she would look into it in the Morning. I didn’t ring on the Thursday but thought I’d give a gentle reminder on the Friday morning.
Opened my inbox and lo&behold completed survey in my inbox.
I really don’t think service gets much better than this and would like to thank all concerned ( especially Aaron & Casey) for their efforts to reconcile my homelessness. Well done guys !

They always steal your money by keep saying your time session expired after you finished the survey, so you don't get any paid, they got your effort and result, money from their clients, done, zero cost business, better than robbing the bank

As a first time buyer the whole process seemed daunting, your survey were professional and efficient making the whole experience stress free. Highly recommend !

This was my first time buying a property and had no idea which service I needed or anything. I called Your Survey and the person on the phone was very helpful in breaking down what each survey does cover which then guided me to know which survey I required, my survey was then booked and arranged within a day for the next week, I was told the turn around time was 5-10 working days and the report was sent out within the timescale.

Would highly recommend Your Survey. They provided a very quick service, with an excellent comprehensive report, which helped me make the decision to purchase my home.
