Was meant to click and collect. Never received the email saying it was ready to collect. Then received an email saying thank you for picking up your order. Which I had not done. Long story short, no paddling pool for the grandchildren and a drawn out process to possibly get a refund. Not worth the hassle.

Wasn't aware (make sure you read the small print) homebase is in administration. They refuse to refund money on any item bought on click & Collect. Disgraceful way to treat customers. Would never return.!

Click and collect worked really well…
Click and collect worked really well both online and store. Only issue I had was when had popped in to buy a few days before, the 160 shown as in stock online all turned out to be on a unopened securely wrapped pallet round the back while only a few torn half empty bags remained in the store itself. The same was true of most of the compost etc. area which was a complete mess. So poor start in trying to buy but, to be fair, fully remedied by the click and click thereafter.
