Home Leisure Direct Avis

Excellent service and product 5 star. And the fitters were amazing.

Duane and Phil were outstanding. They were friendly and punctual and set the pool table up beautifully - they could not have done more to help thank you so much!

Great customer service and really happy with the pool table. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

From start to finish we had great service. We had several queries before purchasing and these were answered promptly and efficiently.
Delivery was as promised and Tyrone and Phil did an excellent job.
We love our table. Only criticism is the black dots came off almost immediately.

Joe and Jaden delivered and installed my new pool table. Not only were they very professional but also extremely helpful answering any questions I had and offering lots of advice on how best to look after my table. Very pleased with my new table.

Perfect, efficient and friendly, couldn’t fault it. Neil and Aaron were faultless

Chris and Dom did a fantastic job installing my pool table. They were friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. The whole installation was handled with care and attention to detail, and they were a real credit to the company.

Really pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Neil and Aaron arrived with our pool table in the time scale quoted. They were very efficient and professional and answered any questions we had. They set the pool table up, paying attention to detail and advised on how to care for the product. They were very friendly and courteous.

Really pleased with our pool table, fantastic quality and great price. Excellent customer service, really helpful. Delivery arrived as arranged & the guys were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

We have had fantastic service from the team at Home Leisure Direct, from the initial enquiry about pool tables dimensions and specifications through the ordering process to delivery and installation. Phil and Duane installed the table with professionalism and care, they ensured it was perfectly level with laser precision. Very impressed with the table and would definitely recommend.

We had our new 6ft pool table delivered and installed yesterday and I have to say the guys were brilliant, quick and professional. The whole family love it! It’s fantastic and was up till midnight playing pool lol. Would definitely recommend Home Leisure Direct if you are thinking about investing in a decent pool table. Watch the video on their website, it was what sold the company to me in the first instance!

Jake deserves a special mention here.

I originally contacted the company with what I can only describe as a completely innocent, entirely non-committal query. I was merely asking questions. Just gathering information. Definitely not buying a pool table.

Somehow, through what I can only assume was a combination of Jedi mind tricks, advanced hypnotism and highly refined sales wizardry, Jake transformed that harmless enquiry into a confirmed sale with a contract seemingly constructed from reinforced concrete.

At that point there was apparently no escape.

Naturally, when questioned by the wife, I explained that I had essentially been hypnotised and that the purchase was completely beyond my control. I remain convinced this is the most legally robust explanation available to me. 😂

Joking aside, Jake was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and incredibly easy to deal with from the initial enquiry right through to the sale. He clearly knows his stuff and made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable.

And a massive shout-out to the installation team too. They arrived exactly when they said they would, got straight to work and were incredibly quick, tidy and efficient. They clearly knew what they were doing, took care over everything and left the room looking fantastic.

The whole experience, from that supposedly innocent "just looking for some information" enquiry to having an absolutely cracking pool table sitting in the room, was first class.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely.

Would I contact Jake again?

Probably not without first hiding my wallet from myself. 😂🎱

Excellent quality, good delivery guys

Thank you

Very pleased with our new purchase, every thing went smoothly from start to finish.
Great communication and very helpful

Do not trust them, misleading information on the website and from the staff, they are very rude when you call up, id hate to buy anything from them as i would guess they would not care at all, chased me into buying a pool table and then changed the price. Spoke to manager, who could not be bothered to speak to me, lost a customer..PLEASE AVOID!

I have today ordered an english pool table from Home Leisure and I'm incredibly appreciative of the service I have been given to date. The order has been a long time in the placing but Alex at Home Leisure has been incredibly patient in advising of all the table and delivery date options, always very timely and thorough in replying to my countless email queries! I couldn't have received better service. Thank you. Can't wait to get the table delivered and installed now!

Visited showroom and had great advice from Alex with no pushy sales.
