Desk purchase
The online purchasing experience was very smooth and so was the delivery. The furniture is well made and looks great, relatively easy to assemble. Only niggle I would have is the large amount of polystyrene used in the packaging - I would hope that this can be reduced in the future to select more sustainable materials.

Top notch!
Top notch!! I love quality furniture and like to browse some of the high end shops. Then with a. It if luck I can get exactly the same product at a knock down price!! Great communication.. fabulous careful, informed delivery.. everything safely packaged .
When an item I bought suddenly became a sale item .. they even refunded the difference.. no quibble !! Home Origins is in my ‘SAVED’ box

Oliver went above and beyond!
I want to say a huge thank you to Oliver for his help. I contacted Home Origins earlier in the week about a table they sell thinking they were the manufacturers. I originally purchased the table in question from another company 4 years ago and was looking for the colour of the stain they used on the top. The original company I purchased through were no help whatsoever. So I called Home Origins. They advised they were not the manufacturer however offered to contact them for me to try and find out the information I needed and said they would call me back. Well as promised Oliver just called me back to advise the information he found and offered further advise on what to do to get to my end goal. Considering I didn't even purchase the table through them he went above and beyond to help and that goes a long way and is lovely to see in this day and age! So I would recommend them for their customer service and if I am ever in need of furniture will be sure to look with them first!

Fantastic quality bar stools and excellent service
The website was easy to use and the pictures were a true representation of the bar stools. I was kept informed of my delivery and everything came on time. The bar stools are excellent quality, very sturdy and look amazing in my kitchen. They are a perfect height for under our overhanging counter top. Fantastic in every way.

I was going to buy the unit from local…
I was going to buy the unit from local fine furniture store but googled unit first. Found Home Origins who were £75 cheaper and I didn't have to wait the 8 weeks lead time quoted by local store.
Did have to put it together myself but wasn't a problem.

Great company with excellent customer service
What a great company this is. I was having difficulties with another company in obtaining the items I wanted. Bentley designs gave me Home Origins details so I contacted them. They were so helpful and gave me dates for delivery of my items. There was no fuss and they also extended their discount period to cater for one item that was awaiting pickup. I ordered furniture from the Jasper collection and am highly delighted with it. All the items I ordered actually look better than the pictures. Delivery was spot on and arrived at the agreed time.
Beautiful furniture, excellent customer service, good prices, spot on delivery.
I highly recommend this company.

lovely company to deal with great customer service, I did however return my purchase as the table i ordered was too small . Felt very supported with doing this as didn't have the original packaging, table was collected when promised and now waiting for my refund.
