I felt the communication could have been more polite and respectful. When customers ask questions, it is important that staff respond with patience, understanding, and kindness. I felt the interaction came across as rude at times, and a more helpful and sympathetic approach would improve the overall customer experience.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! They take money, then call to tell you your payment was declined despite confirming with a booking reference.
The requested to pay again which I obviously refused!! After calling my bank who confirmed the payment had been taken James who I must add was lovely confirmed with accounts the money had in fact been received and he ensured me someone would call first thing the next day to confirm my booking. Hey Ho no call, I call up to speak to the rudest woman in customer service I have ever known who denied I had made the booking, despite me explaining James has confirmed my payment. When I asked for her name she hung up!!! Who are you even employing!! I called back and spoke to a man who was slightly helpful then asked me to pay an additional £100 as the flight had increased! After checking their website and Sky Scanner the flight had actually DROPPED in price! He then rudely informed me the company had been trading successfully for 42 years …. Well done on doing this by using the above tactics!!
Additionally when you receive a booking reference on your phone/laptop when you book you may as well ignore this as they told me the reference means nothing to them.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND MAKE A RESERVATION WITH THIS COMPANY.
Now booking with a reputable one after learning from my mistake as I need to travel in 2 days to be with my sister in Dubai who is undergoing surgery. I WILL BE SHARING THIS REVIEW FAR AND WIDE AS WILL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY
