Brilliant replacement doors ...... really !
We ordered 2 replacement standard size kitchen cupboard doors in high gloss ivory finish prior to xmas but have only just fitted them. The quality of these items is peerless - they reek of quality. They fitted absolutely perfectly and really "look the part". From start to finish the whole process was 'idiot proof' and I can't recommend this company highly enough, both for the quality of its products and its excellent service. As for the packaging I've never seen anything done so well !! Needless to say, if the need arises, we will be back. Very many thanks.

The worst ever returns experience ever.
We ordered the doors that were not bespoke and checked the returns policy for non bespoke doors (bespoke cannot be returned). When the doors arrived, they did not suit the project and we returned them. It was struggle to get the returns info and the person on the telephone said "you're just one of those people who orders online wastes everyone's time and returns. We wont be refunding you." After numerous emails and telephone calls, they have offered to return the profit they've lost as a token gesture. That payment still has not been received.
Just don't bother with this company. its the worst online experience ever.

The doors ordered were bespoke items, manufactured to your specific measurements and specifications. As clearly stated in our terms and conditions and during the ordering process, bespoke products are non-returnable and non-refundable. For this reason, the doors were not eligible for return when you decided they no longer suited your project.
Despite this, and purely as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a partial refund. This was done without obligation and in an effort to resolve the matter amicably. If this payment has not yet been received, we invite you to contact us directly so we can confirm its status.
We also take issue with the suggestion that our team behaved unprofessionally. While we understand frustration can arise, we do not accept abusive or misleading statements about our staff.
We always encourage customers to carefully review bespoke specifications before placing an order, as made-to-measure products cannot be resold. We stand by our policies, which are clearly outlined, and by the quality of the products we supply.

Replacement door
Ordered a sample initially, contained within was clear and precise instructions if you wished to order. All done online (was contacted to be advised that chosen door would be slightly later that the 3-5 days as advertised)
My only gripe would be, the price for deliver was on the dear side.
