I requested 3 different door samples, they arrived in 2days and were excellent enabling me to choose the doors I intend to order from them

We were facing £400 to replace two kitchen cupboard doors quoted by a local business near us in Broadstone. Safe to say Hotdoors have provided 2 superior doors and saved us £100’s in the process. Can't recommend this company highly enough. We ordered wardrobe doors and drawer fronts - the quality is excellent, and the staff are very helpful (and patient) - the showroom is worth visiting to see the styles and colours and to understand the options which the website doesn't clearly show. We live in Jersey, but they delivered in just over a week from dispatch, in very secure packaging for a very reasonable cost (the amount is not determined by weight).

We had a particular problem in that we don't pay VAT in Jersey. Hot doors weren't geared up for this, understandably, but they made sure the amount was refunded.

We have a limited choice of suppliers on the island, and finding UK companies that will deliver is rare. Add to this the excellent quality of the product and support from the staff, this company is gold dust

We purchased a second lot of doors as we added more units in our kitchen. Ordering is simple and easy with lots of options on colour and finish. There was an issue with 2 of the wrong colour of cabinet doors being sent but was quickly resolved with no fuss. Wouldn't hesitate to use Hot Doors again.

Knowledge, service and communication all first class, as are the ultragloss copperleaf doors. Returning customer!

With kitchen unit doors

The doors are an excellent match for my kitchen but one of them had slight damage (a corner chip). This was replaced without question within a week and it was not necessary to return the damaged door. I have used them before and found them to be reliable.
