After a wary start with my Jacuzzi J 210 I couldnt be more thrilled with the tub. Not only does it do what it says on the can but looks good as well. The customer service from Tony and Helen at Hot tub Village is first rate, nothing is too much trouble including home visits. Would highly recommend this product.

Firstly I would like to thank Helen and tony for all there help and assistance in delivery and installation also sorting out the 0%fianance !!! After sales and help with chemicals also spot on , we had viewed other hot tubs and found them to be a lot more expensive , we are very happy with the service provided by hot tub village and recommend them

A hot tub is an expensive buy and there's a lot of info to take on, so we considered our purchase carefully. We're glad we chose Hot Tub village. They have been very supportive throughout, even delivering chemicals to our door on Xmas eve!

I cannot fault the excellent service that we received from Tony and Helen at Hot tub village. We visited several times and were 'thoughtful' and took our time over our purchase decision. They were informative and helpful throughout and we never felt rushed or pressured to buy.

Delivery and installation all went well and the personal touches of a hamper and the initial support and information on maintenance was exemplary. Helen was always at the end of a phone to offer advice.

After sales service has also been excellent. We love our hot tub and I would strongly recommend Hot tub village.

Excellent service, great products, and nice people....

We had a few initial problems with our hot tub after installation but these were speedily resolved by Tony and Helen. They were so helpful and went out of their way to deliver an excellent service. We are delighted with our hot tub which is continuing to provide many hours of relaxation a year on from our purchase.

I would definitely recommend this company to purchase your hot tub from, they are very friendly and reliable to help with any problems you may come across . We have had our hot tub a couple of years and they have always been very helpful with any issues we have had.

Been to few hot tub places and all they tried to do was sell me one and not let me have a chance to think. Hot tub village is by far the best place we have been. So helpful and that's why I purchased a hot tub from them. Also there after care service is amazing both of them so helpful. And it's nice to get our chemicals from them.
