Brilliant customer service ♥️
Thank you to the team for offering fab customer service when I needed it. They were easy to reach out to and quick to respond. The product is excellent quality and arrived between 2-3 business days. Will definitely be purchasing from them again and recommending them as a vendor

Great store
Always a great experience shopping with them. However this time my order was incorrect and I received the wrong item. They were quick however to response and get this corrected. Only gave 3 stars because of the wrong item being sent and still awaiting confirmation of them picking up the item to provide me what I ordered. I will still continue shopping with them though as always great.

Great communication about pre order item
Great communication about the item that was pre ordered. Received updates about when it was arriving in store and when royal mail was collecting it. Will definitely order from here again in the future.

Very pleased
Very good customer service since they were always attentive and ultimately cleared up my queries. In terms of the delivery of the product, the packaging on all items was not damaged at all and they turned out to be exactly what i wanted/ordered. Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic service
I’ve preordered a few items and they’ve always come promptly, in perfect condition, good quality packaging and plenty of bubble wrap. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!!

Brilliant communication, packaging and customer service!
My order came well packaged with everything protected in bubble wrap. When I had an issue the staff was more than happy to help and kept communication open and clear. I can't recommend House of PKL more!
