Be careful about returns
I wanted to return and hairdryer. I made contact via the website & then again via email as I hadn't received a reply after 48 hrs. This was the response: "Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for items that have been opened and used.
As your purchase was made through a trade platform, our terms and conditions — including our returns policy — apply." The item had been opened but not used & no idea what the platform bit means.

Selling you non available stock
I was sold a product that was later refunded as out of stock, for the first time since I started stopping online in 2006. Why do they not have an accurate representation of their stock, and why do they part-refund your order for what’s missing, instead of contacting you to ask if you want the rest of it (full refund)

Poor communication
It would have been good to be informed the item I ordered was out of stock but I spoke to them on the phone when it didn’t arrive and was given a restock date and it was delivered quickly

Products received is not the same as images on the website.
Quick delivery, but images on the website do not reflect the product received. Contacted via the chat area on the website, still awaiting a reply 4 days later. Not a good start with it being my first order.
