Nicole Ashden has been such a joy to work with! From the moment she showed me my flat, to a year later, she has helped me to navigate all the tricky bits of renting. I was so nervous as this was my first time renting alone, and I didn't know what to do or how to address some issues and she was very responsive and supportive. Our house went up for sale on the Friday, viewing booked for the Monday and offer on the Tuesday! The Ashby team were excellent with their advice and communication. We had a slight change to our chain when our buyer’s buyer pulled out but the Ashby team immediately contacted another interested buyer and the eligibility paperwork was completed immediately and solicitors instructed so there was no delay. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of progress within the chain and really couldn’t have asked for more. First class service.
