The customer service has been very helpful in finding an alternative method of payment using invoicing so my company can help fund my development directly from the cost centre.

The parts of the course I have reviewed so far is well structured and varied in their teaching style.

So good so far

Currently on the Cyber Security for Beginners with 5 Official CompTIA Exams and Simulators.
Finished one course. I love how easy it is to access the course content and the flexibility it allows for me to study whenever I want.
I look forward to completing the course in due time and being fully certified.

Scammers

Paid £1395 for a course, was told that I can "easily do it in a year, with one hour a week's study". It was only when I got to 11 months, that I counted up the hours it would take to do the course, which was a MINIMUM of 558 hrs 18 mins... A lot more than the 365 hours I was told - and this is without the exams or revision taken into account.

When I brought this to them and asked for an extension as I felt they had not been truthful, they simply said "Unfortunately, we can not extend your course by a further year for free"

They CONVENIENTLY don't record their phone calls, so there is no proof of what was said from either party.

Secondary to this, they boast about having a 24/7 helpline and experts to help you along the way.

The 24/7 helpline goes to a receptionist who will take you details and get someone to call you back... And the person who calls you back is just another sales representative - they know nothing about the course content and just refer you to a third party Q&A section.

Alongside all of this, they are just a middle man between you and the third party - ITProTV. The third party are actually really good and I will go back to them directly, as it is much cheaper and more direct.

Thank you for your upfront and honest review. It's unfortunate to hear that you're not satisfied with our services. When you started the course, you appeared quite happy.

It would seem your main complaint is the fact we have not given you a free course extension. We are sorry that this decision has upset you. We receive requests for extensions weekly. We have to review them on a case by case basis. Unfortunately the reason you gave for wanting a free extension (i.e. you ran out of time) did not warrant this.

We do indeed work with third-party partners to deliver some courses. We have been working with ITPro for some time to deliver your particular course. The tutoring/support services are actually offered directly through them, not Hudson. You can access this through your online account. The number you have been calling is just to a call center. You are correct, in that they would have no specific knowledge about your course.

It's very unfortunate that you weren't able to advance in the course as much as you had hoped for. We have lots of students doing the same course who have not encountered the same issue.

Hudson - Excellent Learning Experience

So far, I'm pleased with my course - the content is easy to follow, the structure is clear, the interface works well, and the presentation is light-hearted in a manner which keeps you attentive. The customer service I've experience has been fantastic. I've had some problems with password resets and navigating the interface but the support team have been superb. They reply quickly, are polite and have always resolved the issue. 5 stars

Satisfied customer

I am reasonably content with the course so far. I have completed 20% and have had some communications with Roy at the Hudson Customer Care helpline, who was very helpful and able to assist me.
I don’t think the Minitab protocols are very good – you say we should download a trial version of Minitab to do some of the exercises, but the trial version of Minitab only lasts 30 days and this course can be done over 6 months.
I also think that the narration of the lectures is sometimes too fast, and certain topics are not explained clearly enough.
However, I would say that overall, and up to now, I am satisfied with the online course. I have yet to participate in the monthly tutorial.

Thank you for your feedback on our six sigma course. We will be releasing an updated version of the course in the coming weeks - which we have been developing over the last 12 months. This is built on the feedback we have received from students.

Access to Minitab will become available for more than 30 days to those students who request it.

More narration gaps have also been added to the course allowing students time to digest content.

With the new update, there are more illustrations, diagrams, charts, and animations to facilitate learning concepts. There are also more assessments, content, and resources.

We hope the updated course meets your expectations.

Value for money

Value for money – it includes both the courses I wanted to study as well as 2 attempts to pass each exam as well as the Prince 2 manual.

Great Customer Services - the sales consultant was very good, he listened to my requirements and helped every step of the way until I enrolled.

Engaging Course structure / Content – Justin & Jo, the 2 presenters who deliver the course, make the learning interesting by making the content relevant, often reflecting from their own experiences. They also make a great comedy duel, providing a little light relief!

Course Flexibility - the course fits to my requirements, so I can do as much or as little as I want as the information is always available.

Very good starting point!

I am super happy with how things are going so far. It's very clear and for a beginner in coding this is what's needed. You're head and shoulders above other coding providers in that respect. I also love the amount of time and flexibility there is to complete the course. It's 10/10 from me so far!

Six Sigma Green Belt

I made the course of Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate with this company and the results were great. The course is very complete and the support team is answering all the questions and requests very fast. I also passed the exam, so everything was perfect and clean.

Great course

So far, everything went well with the learning platform. It was structured and easy to follow.
It would be great though if there can be a platform for discussion, asking questions about the courses as well as learning more about practical use cases in the real world.

Fantastic online training provider

I'm really happy with the lean six sigma black belt course I'm enrolled on so far. It's one of the best executions of an online, recorded material course I've ever done in all honesty. The trainer, Dr Dan Green, is very succinct, engaging, interesting and clearly knows the subject material very well. He's very good at breaking down tricky concepts into easy to understand, bite sized chunks.

The physical structure of the course website is very clear, walking you through the stages in a logical order, with enough automation to save you clicking buttons every 5 mins or so. It's uncluttered and the colour scheme contrasts well to keep the pages clear and easy to read.

I haven't made use of the weekly live webinars yet, but I intend to at some point in the near future as I move into the more tricky areas of the course.

Great online Green belt

The course has been so far has been a great and easy to follow and understand. The only improvement I would recommend is to allow viewing of the lecture notes before finishing the whole course.

Highly recommended!

First contact with Hudson through the customer service left me with a very good impression (very effective and welcoming) confirmed by the learning platform that is nicely built and user friendly.
I completed the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt:
Extensive and great content with an excellent lecturer (Dr Dan Green).
Hudson makes sure you have anything you need in order to succeed in passing the official certification exam.
