Six Sigma black belt course

I have only positive things to say about the customer service that I received. Before I signed up for the course I contacted twice the customer service team to ask for information and within a few hours I had the response. So in terms of the time it took to receive the response and the quality of the response I was very happy.

After I decided to enrol in the course I received the instructions from Hudson customer service and the instructions were very clear. I was able to follow the registration and start the course without any issues.

The only area of improvement that I would recommend and it is not so much about the customer service but the actual service itself, I think you need to try and make the Hudson students more of a community. The webinars are really good and they help but maybe a forum or an area where people can talk about their challenges with Six sigma or ask for help or discuss and potentially do some networking would be also helpful.

Lean Six Sigma Query on Content

I am currently studying the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course. Working through the lectures I had a query regarding access to some of the examples included in the material. Sent a request to the Hudson Support team at 2:10 pm today. They had my query sorted and replied by to me before 2:45 pm. What can I say. Excellent.

Excellent customer service!

My experience of your customer service has been excellent! I'm someone who makes decisions about whether I buy a product from or engage the services of a company, by how I am treated as a customer. The service I receive has always been very important to me. The chap I spoke with at Hudson Courses was very pleasant, caring, and helpful! I got what I was after, and am very happy!

Feeling Much Happier

I received a course that did not match my expectations. After getting back to Hudson, they offered me another course. I have been assured that the course material is up to date and relevant. I would like to thank Hudson for taking my complaint seriously and again thank them for acting in a professional way.

Thank you for your review. We have actually received poor feedback from other students about the same content. Consequently we have worked to improve the learning experience by offering a new curriculum, delivery format, interface, and overall general user experience.

Regarding the retirement of a certification in your course, Microsoft pulled this exam at relatively short notice. As a training provider, there is nothing we can do about this as we only deliver the learning content. The assessment and certification are administered and awarded by independent third-parties, namely Pearson, and Microsoft in this case.

We will do our very best to accommodate you with an alternative replacement though. Please expect contact from us shortly.

Top class support

The customer services provided by HudsonCourses was very helpful and informative. They help with just general knowledge about the IT/Networking field, what I wanted out of it,etc, and my aims - before I was given recommendations for the courses I should take. I was even about to pay for similar courses with a different training company which would have cost me over £1000 more. So, overall they've really helped me to be efficient, and showed me some great bundles which had in them all I needed and more, at a cheaper price than most.

Support team very helpful

Hudson Training for IASSC Lean Six Sigma

Hudson Training for IASSC Lean Six Sigma certification is one of the best training that anybody can get.It is very brief and easy to learn.If you are successfully completing their sample tests, it's obvious that you will pass the official examination.Their support and service throughout the course duration was excellent.
I definitely recommend Hudson course for LSS certification.

I’m very pleased with Hudson courses.
I have purchased six sigma green belt course and received access very quickly. The material is designed perfectly and the tutor explaining the material is great. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking to gain a new qualification and is looking for online courses.

Great course

I've just started the Sigma Green Belt course. I find the course manageable around a busy life including looking after a baby. The course is easy to follow and broken down into sections so that you can do a few a night. I'm very impressed with knowledge of the tutor (who has loads of industry experience) and the course materials.

Inadequate course material & customer support

The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course material is not clear - I had to spend hours & hours on free Lean Six Sigma websites to supplement the lectures & course material to be fully prepared. The course notes are poorly structured. The test papers are just PDFs that are 50 pages long so it’s not convenient to print. So you spend a long time writing down your answers (to non-numbered questions) to then go through & manually mark the answers. There are other solutions online for £30 - £40 which have it all automated so it replicates how the exam looks & instantly marks / shows you which questions you got wrong which allows you to focus on value add activities.

In addition - the customer support is poor. You have to go through many check box exercises before they will allow you to book your exam. However, the system was incorrectly showing that I hadn’t completed parts of the course. When I highlighted this I got serious attitude from the customer service rep which was not professional.

In summary - using the materials & support from Hudson I did not pass first time, then using free bodies of knowledge online & a cheaper £40 solution meant I was able to pass second time.

Thank you for your feedback on Trustpilot. Your input is invaluable and will help us to improve our Six Sigma course. In particular, we are going to migrate the sample test papers you mentioned to our online question and answer database. This will allow students to take the pre-tests online through their course and see the answers straight away. They'll be able to use this tool on any device.

The reason we have a mixture of papers and online quizzes is because our students want both. This is based on past feedback we have received. Some students like having the ability to print out papers and have something in their hand they can reference. We accept that it's not always easy to accommodate everyone though. We will however offer the paper versions to students that request them after the migration.

Regarding your feedback around poor customer service, we're really sorry to hear this. You can see that we do take a lot of pride in our customer service based on the great reviews we received from other students. We will certainly take your feedback on board though when communicating with current and future students.

We do acknowledge that there are indeed a few assessments a student needs to take before they can progress onto the final exam. This is done in part to maximise the student's chances of passing the exam the first time. Not everyone passes the first time though, as the exam is very challenging - which even the IASSC acknowledges.

Another reason we have implemented further assessments prior to the exam, is because we found that some students were circumventing the course and requesting to go straight to the exam stage in a very short space of time after enrolment. We have since found that after implementing these additional assessments, we have seen higher exam pass rates.

Lastly we want to address your comments around content quality. We would truly welcome your feedback on how we can improve this. The current course content has been closely assessed by both the IASSC and PeopleCert. Both independent accreditation bodies have deemed the content fit to prepare a candidate for the final exam and have fully accredited it in the process. Any course improvement advice you can give us will be taken seriously onboard.

Avoid all online training companies

I was always sceptical regarding online training providers, for reasons unknown I thought Hudson is different. Unfortunately, Hudson didn’t manage to convert my believes/feelings towards online training providers. I paid for a package which contained a variety of courses (just in case). My plan was to start with CompTIA A+. I will not go into details about Hudson’s training material because my advice is do not pay for CompTIA A+ training/courses. Do your research and you can find plenty of free, and better material for free. I could recommend professor messer. I did fail my CompTIA A+ exams, but I would like to assure you that one-star rating for this company is given not out of spite.
