Wish I could give this a zero star…..do not order from here, I never got informed that my order was cancelled, waited all night while trying to contact someone to find out what was going on, it’s not an option to talk to anyone, because of all this I never actually ate that night…. I finally received a email at 3 in the morning telling me that my order was cancelled and I would get a refund in 14days!!!!! What the hell!!
Been emailing them today a few times but I am just being ignored now!! I am literally shocked by how terrible this company is!!!!!!!!!!

The Hungry Panda platform is horrible in Cleveland. I ordered food through the platform probably 10 times during the last 2-3 months. 4 out of 10 times were cancelled. Every time, I waited for my dinner until last minutes when I was supposed to have my dinners, and then I learned that my order was cancelled.

Picked up half an order that had been half refunded - not that we were advised - crap service and they are probably charging their restaurant’s good money for using their service

So much for delivery with 10mins. We had to wait 1.5hrs for our sandwichs to be delivered from a store less than 3kms up the road. We called the store and they told us the order had been ready for 20mins but the driver hadn't arrive yet. I messaged the driver but he didn't respond. I then called him twice and it rang out.

The delivery didn't make it to us for another hour because the driver was delivering other orders at the same time.

When the driver arrived in our street he called and said in a rude tone "your order is downstairs". I was already standing outside waiting and he was no where to be seen for a few more minutes. When he dropped it off I noticed a few other orders sitting on his front seat. I asked him why it took so long and he said "I'm busy"

He told me to use uber next time if I wasn't happy.

Absolute pathetic customer service. If I could give negative stars I would.

WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

My experience with this food delivery company has been extremely disappointing. The rider registration process took over a month, with customer service responses coming at days-long intervals. The customer service was not only slow but also rude. During the admission test, I was rejected on the unfounded suspicion of copying a list of seemingly straightforward tasks. I strongly discourage anyone from applying through this app and recommend considering alternatives with more efficient services.

0n 1/14/24, I went to the website of a restaurant here in Phila Pa that I wanted to order from. My plan was to always pickup my order, in person but this fraudulent company was automatically defaulted to. I tried to change it but by the time I processed my order, it went back to them. Next, I got this quick flash of my transaction and then it was gone. I assumed it went to my email and there was nothing there. I then went to the restaurant in person and of course, no order was ever sent to them from me. I showed them what happened and they said they had no idea who the company is and said that they would look into it. They never received my order or any money or notification. THIS SITE IS A FRAUD!! BUT I PROMISE YOU THAT THEY GOT THE RIGHT ONE TODAY!! PLEASE, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!! HOW CAN THEY EVNEN DELIVER FOOD IN A CITY THEY AREN'T EVEN IN? THEN THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE A FAKE, SCAM AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I DID NOT SEE THAT UNTIL AFTER I LOOKED THESE SCAMMERS UP!

Avoid like the plague. Placed order. Restaurant cooked meal. No one turned up from Hungry Panda to collect it!

I placed an order on Christmas Day for a restaurant listed as open. Within 20 minutes I received a vague email and phone call stating my order had been canceled without any explanation as to why. It said my money would be refunded within 1-10 days. So it immediately takes all the rest of the money I have at the moment. But it can’t refund immediately. So now. I have no way to buy dinner for myself from a different place. Will never use this ordering service again.

Used Hungry Panda to order ahead via my virtual wallet, and 2 days later got charged $8,000 of unauthorized items on the same card which I have not used for months. There must be serious security issues with this platform.

The worst delivery service ever. Essentially so hard to contact customers that we run out of our products. WHY IS IT AN OPTIONAL CHOICE TO NOT PUT A PHONE NUMBER. The company doesn’t think of anything and it’s rubbish when we cannot contact our customers. Honestly order from Uber and Doordash they are the most recognisable and trusted brands. This is why Hungry Panda should be removed and to be replaced. Hungry Panda sucks.

Avoid this company. Ordered a delivery today but received no updates from Hungry Panda after over an hour. Had to call the restaurant and was told there were no one from Hungry Panda to pick it up. Customer service is non existent and I’ve had to drive to the restaurant to pick it up.

The food was an hour late and completely cold. There was no way to contact the restaurant. When I called hungry panda the line said to use the app and then hung up.
I couldn't login to the app, it's a terrible system. Useless service. Will never use again

There is an unknown white liquid on the takeout, contact the customer service business rider phone can not get through, never encountered this situation, too disgusting, must l refund

Delivery cyclists in Melbourne AU have zero road awareness.

I just was in an accident where a delivery cyclists swung out wide on a busy Melbourne street causing me (also on my bicycle) to veer towards the centre of the road. After passing and coming back into the bike lane, the driver proceeded to speed up the inside of me which resulted in my front tyre getting caught in tram tracks and me losing control and crashing. The driver was not apologetic and refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, even though it’s illegal to overtake on the inside in Australia.

The Hungry Panda delivery drivers should not be on the road as none of them have any idea how to commute properly.

Their bike deliverers in the city drive fast and dangerously on the footpaths. After nearly being knocked down I would never use this delivery service...even before reading other reviews.

All restaurant owners please read. DO NOT use Hungry Panda for deliveries. They are complete frauds. They activate discounts for customers on their own and charge it to merchants without their permission. They have done that with me repeatedly even after I caught them. They also issue full refunds to customers without checking with the merchant. COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY!!!
