Gaby (Rebello) is the reason for my rating being 5 stars!
Overall the staff is quite polite and courteous at ICAB. When you call in, they are genuinely helpful.
However our first case handler was a nightmare. She refused to give us better location options for alternative accomodation (which we are looking at for a period of 2 years due cladding works in our development).
But then Gaby stepped in as our case handler and was a true life saver! She understood our requirements precisely and we were able to close on a flat within a day of her taking over our case.
She is super responsive on emails, proactive at communicating and will always find a solution, even if she does not have an answer immediately. In short, she is the epitome of customer service and this review would have read very differently had she not stepped in.

This was a very clever idea to have whilst my kitchen was out of use. Paul the guy that installed it was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Thanks again for your service. I definitely recommend this company.

Being unable to return to your home due to a fire is a scary and stressful experience but it's been so lovely to be dealing with Noreen at ICAB who has been amazing booking our accommodation in local hotels. My constant attempts to stay nearer to my work has lead to multiple different moves and last minute changes but she's so calm, friendly and patient and nothing has been too much trouble for her. I seem to speak to her multiple times a week and I feel like I'm speaking to someone who genuinely cares and wants to help. Noreen is a credit to ICAB and although I'd rather not be in this situation of course but dealing with someone as compassionate as Noreen really helps xx

Would like to thank ICAB especially Jack who has been amazing, very supportive, helpful and always kept me updated with everything regarding my home which had a very bad leak in the kitchen and we was told we will have to move out for few months and was a very stressful situation and time for my family, but Jack was so nice and understanding and made us feel comfortable n less stressed and the moment I spoke to jack he made me feel relaxed and went out of his way, found us a very nice accommodation that suited us perfectly just what we wanted and I can’t thank jack enough, Thanks Jack appreciate everything u done for us.

A very nice and professional person helped me and my eldery aunt to source temporary accommodation after she had had a flood and her property was inhabitable.
The service they gave was very smooth and any issues were cleared up and sorted out swiftly.
I would recommend this company and especially the lady who dealt with us.

We would like to say a big thank you to Natalie from ICAB for the support she gave us after the flood at our home.
Natalie quickly organised our hotel accommodation and later arranged a short-term rental property so we had somewhere suitable to stay while the work on our home is being carried out. Throughout the process she kept us informed and handled everything with professionalism, efficiency and genuine care.
Having someone so organised and supportive managing these arrangements made a very stressful situation much easier for us.
We are very grateful for all her help. Thank you Natalie.

Faultless service from start to finish. Storm Goretti made me homeless and ICAB made all my accommodation needs for me taking the stress away. Months in a hotel and now in a temporary house until I'm allowed to go back home.

ICAB have been very been very helpful and communicative. As soon as they were tasked with my job they called to check requirements and then found me a place very locally to where I live that was convenient for me and my elderly mother. They were very friendly and made sure to meet our requirements. Thank you!!

The company were tasked finding me suitable accommodation for my family and dog after my insurance company said I needed to move from my property while they investigate and fix a ceiling leak. 30 mins after I was asked to wave icab phoned me and arranged a travelodge for the same evening. When I emailed and said I need self catering they got to work looking for air bnb. I have had nothing but a positive experience with them
They sorted out everything even to a deposit with my insurance company for the Airbnb. They listened and acted on my needs. Having to leave home suddenly is stressful and locating temporarily is stressful but the communication and the way they responded very quickly really has helped. Thank you.

Jack Nolan at ICAB has been exceptional. When my 82-year-old mother was forced out of her home for six months following a devastating flood, we were overwhelmed. From the outset, Jack brought calm, clarity and control to what felt like an unmanageable situation.
Securing suitable short-term accommodation for that length of time is far from straightforward. Throughout the process, Jack was consistently professional, responsive and highly organised. More importantly, he demonstrated genuine patience and empathy, taking the time to ensure my mother felt supported and understood at every stage.
Once we identified a property, he worked tirelessly with the letting agent to ensure everything was completed on schedule. He anticipated issues before they arose, kept us fully informed, and ensured the move-in happened on time. His communication was clear, proactive and reassuring.
In a period that was deeply stressful for our family, Jack provided stability and confidence. ICAB should be proud to have someone of his calibre representing them. I would not hesitate to recommend both Jack Nolan and ICAB.

These guys have been excellent. Quick to respond, resolving enquiries as requested, with flexibility and a great range of options available. Speed of approval between them and our insurers, Admiral has been excellent. First Class Service! Thanks again. Rosie in particular was so helpful and quick at getting a long term lease for us sorted within a few days. Brilliant. Keep it up.

We had an insurance claim which required our bathroom to be stripped out and refitted. Having a mobile bathroom (pod) supplied by icab meant we could remain at home with minimal disruption. The unit we were given had a shower, WC, a small basin and radiator. The hot water tank provided more than enough water for four people to shower. Only minor issue was the WC did need multiple flushes to ensure waste was carried away by the macerator.
Overall very happy. Definitely worth making use of a pod from icab, if the need arises.
