I am still waiting for my renewal invoice!
Have contacted twice about this and it is still yet to be received. My insurance expires this week coming.

We have sent through information about our renewal on the 24/06. I have followed up on 06/07, but have still not heard back and still not received our renewal.

received a reminder to pay for our policy but no paperwork to pay it. wrote an email to question when the paperwork would be received. no response - only a survey.
