After advising my Client Executive from Gallagher's Insurance - Shayla Smyth of my Accident, I was quickly contacted by Diana Torbin, Claims Officer – Accident and Health from QBE Insurance.
Immediately emailing me all the relevant documents which were required to be send back to her for assessment, I was so nervous of the unknown and what would happen to me in the future, but I'm glad to say shortly after my claim was accepted.

Relationship manager changed and trying to get quotes from new one or even contact was terrible also receptionist hanging up on me after my third attempt to get a response is unacceptable

No reason to complain.
Imar was recommended to me so I did not seek alternative quotes. They have not given me any reason to be dissatisfied nor have they done anything exceptional; not that I would expect them to. Indeed, what else should they do other than provide the service I purchased? Accordingly, I give them four stars rather than five just to allow room for a surprise.

Joshua really went out of his way for me. I was starting work as a subcontractor for a company and needed insurance on very short notice. He called me up after hours to help me and get everything sorted out in a short period of time and gave me very good advice and service. Highly recommend.
