I don't think IMO car wash is giving good value for money, They advertise hand wash ? Guy walks around sprays your wheels & uses a brush to clean your boot !!! Then your guided through the brushes.

The second time I’ve washed the car…
The second time I’ve washed the car here and it continues to be very poor especially when you are paying £10 and up. I’ve had to go and have my car washed again, else where as the marks didn’t come off and the dirt streaks.

Clean car but doing motorist a favour
The car was cleaned properly, which is what is supposed to happen, but the attendant looked as though he did not want to be there and he just went through the motions. I do understand that some clients will be rude and unkind but he needs to understand that a simple thing like a smile goes a long way. At this stage I will be going back to my hand car wash as they always have a smile, are friendly and at the least ask how your day has been.

Supposed to get a pre wash but the guy just gave it a quick blast with water and didnt even do the full car so didnt actually pre wash it as advertised, they seem to only give a proper pre wash if you pick a more expensive wash

On arrival to the Imo car wash
On arrival to the Imo car wash, the owner or boss of the place stated my car was shit ,
Of which i was more than unhappy, i complained immediately after coming hone about my experience , I will not be visiting another Imo car wash, absolutely 100 % terrible service.
As I said b4, I was also given a cheaper wash than the £13:00 , wash I purchased online.

Bad customer service
Arnold Clark gave me a discount code which wouldn't work on the app, it said that I could show it to the operator but he wouldn't even scan it just refused. He said you will just have to phone customer service. Very unhelpful and unapologetic. I had to pay for car wash and go through as there was a queue. Customer service unlocked my qr code but no apology or anything of a good will gesture will not be back.

Check clearance prior to entry
Upon entering this car wash the brushes jammed once cleared the air vac then jammed. I had to remove my roof box in the car wash and refit it outside. Staff where very helpful and could not do anymore to assist
