So easy to book online via the app. Really friendly staff no waiting my car was full of leaves and sap sat under a tree 2 weeks looked like glue had been poured over it. So impressed with service an... Voir plus

The service by the attendant was very polite and professional. Have been here many times, will go again. Sometimes they need more foam. But a small minus. Overall one of the best I’ve been too.

This review isn’t necessarily based on my experience at your car wash in terms of washing my car. It is based on my overall experience in dealing with your company when there is a matter of dispute.
When purchasing wash bundles from your website; the onus should not be on the customer to prove that they have done everything right, it should be placed on your employees to know what evidence to ask for, check legitimacy, and then make a local decision. Not as in my case which was to show all my proofs, not be believed, forced to make another payment and then told to complain to h/o about my refund.
Not a great nor joined up experience that you promote and promise. I will not be using your online services again as a consequence.

The car was cleaned but still soaking wet
The car was cleaned but came out still soaked and leaving water marks all over the vehicle. Since the Batley location was refurbed the cars are never dried to an acceptable level. I shouldn’t have to dry my own vehicle when I’m already paying a premium price compared to other local car washes. Also the triple foam just doesn’t work and barely ever does. It just squirts minute amounts and it’s just very disappointing.

Quick and efficient
Quick, cleaned the car well. There was some water marks left on the window after the drying process.

Amazing staff at Batley Imo
Been a regular here for a few years and they are always great.Today my car broke down INSIDE the car wash. The guys that work there were amazing. They helped push my car out and into a safe place while I waited for the RAC. They kept checking to make sure I was ok and I wanted a drink. Lovely staff made a stressful event a bit easier.

The wash was ok but the pre-wash could have been better, wheels not properly cleaned and dirt left around badges etc.
