Rude staff,barely speak English.
Booked Ultra HD but the result in my wheels weren't great. I really thought that they rushed it and didn't apply product and jetwash as the attendant only spent 30-40 seconds before sending me through the wash. When I tried to talk to a manager he called me a liar and sent me away very rudely. Indeed he looked into the cctv and shaw that product and jetwash was applied very quickly, so my bad thinking that they didn't ( I wasn't really looking to be honest), however that was no reason to be treated like that. Regardless of everything the result after cleaning my car wasn't great and should at least get an acknowledgement. IMO is a national company, at least they should be hiring people in charge of their washes that have basic communication skills and don't offend the customers.

Always a great service
I know with confidence that my car will be cleaned thoroughly. Recently I had a full valet service and was really happy with the results. The guys did a thorough job and my car smelt clean and fresh.

Helpful and resourceful staff
The team here are very helpful and resourceful. Drivers don't always realise that they will need to put their car into neutral to go through the automated stage of the car wash. The staff are very helpful and patient. On this occasion, the driver in front had no idea how to find neutral. The staff tried, but had to admit defeat and then had to careful manage the queue back to create sufficient space to extract the struggling driver and their vehicle. Top marks to them for this!
